In a struggling economy, one of the concerns employers are faced with is how to support staff who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed.<br />FRCC offers an easy and effective alternative to Employee Assistance Programs. Businesses can contract with FRCC to supply multiple levels of counseling, education and support. Employees and their families can receive up to 10 counseling sessions per year to help institute real and lasting change. Wellness seminars, monthly newsletters, targeted support groups, and even crisis response services are options given to employers through FRCC’s Employee Assistance Service program.<br />Our professional counseling staff is equipped to support and direct your employees through a variety of life challenging issues.
